Açaí comes from a small dark purple berry that grows on palm trees in the Amazon region of Brazil. Boali is a Brazilian brand, so açaí is close to home. At Boali Plantation it is served cold and thick, like a sorbet, topped with fruit and granola.

- Miami Açaí Bowl: açaí, blueberries, strawberry, banana, granola and clover honey. The most loaded of the three.
